Why We Get Hair Loss?
Hair loss is a phenomenon that is observed in both men and women in any age group, as the reasons are spread over many factors, that can be prevalent in people of all age groups. The most common reasons being; deficiency of vitamins, protein, iron in dietary patterns. However, due to passive lifestyle, categorized by a lack of exercise regime, irregular eating habits, fast food intake, makes the body lacking in essential minerals leading to hair fall. Another important trend found is the lack of cleanliness, that causes the fungal infection in hair, that also lead to hair fall. While this fungal infection may be due to some bacterial effect, but the cleanliness can reduce this to a great extent.
Remaining slim is another fashion trend that is quite well being followed by people of all age groups, and while doing the same, they are just not aware that weight loss can be a potential cause of lack of blood sugar leading to hair loss.The human body is made of seven glands, out of which thyroid gland are one.
Thyroid glands may produce hormones more or less as required by the human body, which in both the cases is not healthy for hair, hence hair loss. Iron that is an essential mineral for the human body is generally lacking in dietary patterns due to fast and hi-tech cooking appliances. Hence, deficiency of iron also causes hair loss. A common pattern that is there among all the prevailing diseases is stress, and Hair loss is no exception to this Stress happens to be one of the main causes of hair loss process, whether it be adults, minors, men or women, rich or poor. This is associated with lack of physical exercises or lack of physical labor as a result of mechanical and technological advancements in the modern day living patterns.
Hairstyling/dressing with the prospects of looking like a celebrity is something unavoidable. This leads to a genre that is always conscious of their hair style and hairdressing, as a result of which hair are prone to changes every now and then. This disrupts Hair’s natural glow, growth, direction and partying. This leads to weakening of their roots, hence they become weak and resultantly fall. Genetic causes also happen to be an alarming cause of hair loss.
This is inherited and hardly anything could be done about this. But yes, the loss can be lessened, and thereby make the remaining hair healthy. However, it can be quite well summed up that all of these factors that are responsible for setting the process of hair loss are interconnected some way or the other. Diet, hormonal misbalance, stress, genetics, hairstyling, stress lifestyle patterns, lack of physical activities, are in some way or the other correlated.
